We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our manufacturing facility in Sharjah. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our employees in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees
- Develop and implement health promotion programs
- Provide education and training on health and safety practices
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for employees
- Monitor and evaluate employee health outcomes
- Provide support and guidance to employees with chronic health conditions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participate in health and safety committees and initiatives
- Stay informed on latest healthcare trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing license in the UAE
- Clinical Nurse Specialist certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
