We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our pharmaceutical company based in Sharjah. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for providing expert clinical guidance and support to healthcare professionals, patients, and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical expertise and support to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical products
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Stay up-to-date on latest research and developments in pharmaceuticals and healthcare practices
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical programs and initiatives
- Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on new pharmaceutical products and treatments
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Master's degree in Nursing preferred
- Valid nursing license in UAE
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical nursing, pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
